- Practices are held at Skate Co 3209 N. Main St. Rockford, IL 61103
- Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
- Gear: We have loaner skates and gear. Required gear : Helmet, mouthguard, elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards and quad roller skates
- Ages: 7-17
- Cost: $5 per person
- Skill Level Required: NONE!
- All humans all genders
